As Microsoft admitted, if there is a legal reason by US-law to access your data, whatever local law seems to proctect you, they will give access. Honestly, no big suprise. But at least we know now officially.

Case closed. Never ever use any US-based cloud provider. (Or based in any other country with weak data-laws)
